(NUT110) A di-ammonium phosphate product. Also known as DAP. Assists the yeast in producing a complete and rapid fermentation by providing an additional source of nitrogen, something which is naturally lacking in most wines. Recommended to be used in all wine fermentations. This nutrient is commonly used by commercial wineries. Also effective for restarting fermentations when making sparkling wines. Comes with complete directions. Use 1/2 level measuring teaspoon per each gallon of wine.
