(PR310) This style of press allows you to efficiently do many pressings per hour. Its double ratchet design provides for a fast way to crank down pressure on the pulp with out loosing leverage. It also features a convenient, two piece break-away basket that allows you to quickly remove spent pulp between pressings. No need to back off the pressing head completely. The basket`s dimensions are 10" in diameter by 14" tall and holds approximately 40 pounds of crushed fruit. Includes a two piece pressing plate and pressing blocks.
