The basket holds about 20 pounds of fruit, and you get about a gallon of juice with each pressing. It`s a great screw-type press for the country winemaker who has a variety of different wines to make throughout the year. It can press blackberries, strawberries, grapes, on up to the larger fruit such as apples and pears. And, it`s strong enough to press the pulp all the way down to barely damp. You won`t be missing a drop.

VERY EASY TO USE: Just load the basket with the crushed fruit. Sit the pressing plate on top of the fruit and screw down the rod to apply pressure. That`s it! The basket sits in a reservoir that collects the juice and channels it into whatever container you like.

OLD-FASHION QUALITY: The Table-Top Fruit Press was designed with long-term use in mind. It is made of select hardwoods from Italy. The cross-member is made of rugged cast-iron, and the pressing-screw is stainless-steel. It also has handle-bar grips for easy turning of the pressing screw.
