(FP210) Made of polished stainless steel. The steam juicer is comprised of a boiling pan, at the bottom, for steaming water. On top of that sits a juice collector. And, on top of that is a perforated fruit basket where the fruit sits while it is being steamed. And finally, it is topped with a lid. Its operation is simple. Put some water in the boiling pan. Put some fruit, or vegetable, in the basket. Bring the water to a boil and the steam will burst the fruit and release their juices which will fall in to the juice collector. You can then draw off the juice through the spout. Also, works well with vegetables and dried fruits. Extractor size is approximately 2-1/2 gallons. Comes with complete directions.
