(CC310) (REESE-ling) Somewhat pale-yellow in color. Very pleasant fruity aroma with some spiciness. Although light in color, it is a very full, well-rounded wine. Taken from the German Anslesen style, it can take some light oaking or barrel aging. Taste equally impressive sweet or dry. Goes perfect with a light meal or snack. This 7.5 liter kit makes 6 gallons (30 bottles) of wine. All of the ingredients you will need are included in the kit and are pre-measured along with fool-proof directions.
