DESCRIPTION
(ALC304) (So-veen-YAWN BLAHN) This California wine, also known as Fume Blanc, has a pale straw color. Its aroma is slightly grassy and very subtle. Its flavor is bold and fruity with some noticeable herbal tones. Use either one, two or three cans to 5 gallons to make your wine either light, medium or full bodied. Also calls for: Campden Tablets, Acid Blend, Yeast Nutrient, Pectic Enzyme, Tannin and Yeast. (not included)
