(BKB110) This book is a classic. The first book ever written for the home brewer on all-grain brewing. Over 250 pages packed with recipes, techniques and tips for brewing beer the same way the breweries do. Many of the techniques that are in this book are now being confirmed in other later books on homebrewing. This is the source.
Customer Reviews"Good book." Review by Loko (Posted on 2/1/15)
Although this was written many years ago and while technology and equipment for the home brewer has come a long way since that time, I feel that this book was well worth reading for someone just starting out as a home brewer."Excellent source for true recipes" Review by Chris190 (Posted on 9/13/11)
I bought this book well over 20 years ago, in England, and can vouch for the authenticity of the recipes. I have sampled dozens of the original brews that are described in this book, including some that I drank in my local pub and can honestly say that the brews made from the recipes here are true to form and as good as the brewers' original.
