[CST111] (Mahl-bek) This 12 liter grape skin pack uses Argentine Malbec juice and is fermented on virgin Argentine Malbec crushed grapes. The finished wine shows deep, purple-hued color and is medium-bodied with complexity and character that exemplifies Argentina's signature grape. Plum and raspberry flavors and aroma introduce the wine with chocolate notes. The finish encores the fruit and introduces mineral tones against bright acidity. This 12 liter kit makes 6 gallons (30 bottles) of wine. All of the ingredients you will need are included in the kit and are pre-measured along with fool-proof directions.

Customer Reviews"I am happy so far (15 days in)." Review by Tom (Posted on 11/7/13)
Very explicit instructions, which I like. Everything is going well. However, I was expecting to get labels with the kit."excellent" Review by son of lar (Posted on 6/8/13)
I used to buy the Cal Connoisseur and they are alright. The Bergamais is quite good and many of the others taste a bit more like grape juice then good wine. I made the Malbec and the Barbera of the Sterling and they are both completely excellent. Spend the extra cash and get these and you will not regret it. I have a GSM bubbling now and I expect that Sterling kit to be good also, but we shall see.
