People have been giving these mills bad reviews for years, saying they "don't grind flour fine enough for bread." Lol- they're NOT bread mills!- they're for grinding/ cracking grains, such as for beermaking OR the traditional use, for wet corn for masa harina, for tortillas."Doesn't grind fine enough" Review by Monika (Posted on 5/23/13)
I like the feel and sturdiness of the grinder, but it does not grind fine enough to use it as flour for baking bread.
