(WY290) Often used by professional wineries when bulk aging their heavier red wines. Slowly converts the malic acid that is naturally in the wine into a smoother tasting lactic acid. Can take several weeks or months to achieve a noticeable improvement. Comes in 1 gram, nitrogen-sealed packages that is appropriate for up to 6 gallons of wine.
