(PH115) A vial of 100 strips of activated paper. Covers all pH from 2 - 10. Very easy to use. Just put a drop of the wine to be tested on one end of the paper strip, let stand for a minute to dry and then match the color change of the paper strip with the color chart provided to determine your pH reading. Comes with complete directions. If you are going to buy only one range, this is the one we recommend. If testing grape wines and juices only you may also want the 2.8 to 4.4 range also to obtain a more accurate reading.
