Premier Cuvee (Prise de Mousse) – This yeast is widely used in the commercial production of white wines and has a good alcohol tolerance. This yeast ferments to dryness and is also effective for re-starting a stuck fermentation.
Pasteur Champagne – This yeast is used for charmat processed sparkling wines and is also helpful in re-starting a stuck fermentation. This wine yeast has a high alcohol tolerance and can be used for wines of all types. This product can also be used in producing old fashion soda pops for bottle conditioning.
Cote Des Blancs (Epernay 2) – This yeast is an excellent general purpose yeast for white wines, and it has a low foam production. This wine yeast can also be used for making blush wines and with orchard fruit wines.
Red Pasteur – This yeast is ideally suited for full-bodied reds made from grapes or berries. This yeast will help to bring out fruity flavors and it adds a robust character to lighter bodied red wines.

Good, fast, high tolerance yeast strain. Used it today to restart a batch of stuck peach. Less than 3 hours later and I already need a blowoff."Red Star Yeast" Review by Brent (Posted on 1/14/13)
I have been using this yeast since I started making wine and it has not failed me yet. I have tried other yeast that resulted in stuck fermentations. 5 stars for Red Star!
