[WY310] These are premium wine yeast strains that have been cultured specifically for making wine. Each wine yeast strain has its own unique flavor and fermenting characteristics. These are professional wine yeast that are used by commercial wineries throughout Europe and other wine making regions around the world. Each 8 gram packet of dried, granulated yeast is sufficient for fermenting up to 8 gallons of wine. They are very simple to use. Just tear open the package and sprinkle directly on top of the must.

Last used it in 2012 on Gamay grapes, result was one of the best I'd ever made. Perfectly dry with a full fruit taste. Just ordered more as I'm making Gamay again and hope for the same result.
