[WY310] These are premium wine yeast strains that have been cultured specifically for making wine. Each wine yeast strain has its own unique flavor and fermenting characteristics. These are professional wine yeast that are used by commercial wineries throughout Europe and other wine making regions around the world. Each 8 gram packet of dried, granulated yeast is sufficient for fermenting up to 8 gallons of wine. They are very simple to use. Just tear open the package and sprinkle directly on top of the must.

It was super easy to use. Sprinkle on top of juice and let it do it's thing. Low foaming. Didn't seem to work real fast even though I had the fermenter in a fairly warm room. Now to wait six months or a year and taste.
