Does your refractometer have ATC automatic temperature compensation? Also, can it be used to measure Brix of finished wine?
This product has the automatic temperature compensation. And no it cannot be used to measure the Brix in a finished wine. The alcohol interferes with the fractionation of light
Customer Reviews"Like better than hydrometer" Review by Tool Man (Posted on 3/23/15)
I got this two weeks ago and it works great. It is easier to use than i thought it would be and faster than using a hydrometer. I got it to test my grapes but works good with fermenting wine to.
