Wine Press

When determining the capacity of your wine press, you'll want to go by basket dimensions. The basket dimensions is the key to determining how much the wine press can handle. To help give you an idea, a wine press that has a basket that is 12" tall and 12" across will press about 2 gallons of juice per pressing.
