(BY640-2206) This is a popular German Lager liquid beer yeast. This particular strain is used by many German breweries to produce Munichs, Marzens, Octoberfest and many others. It's ideal for making Bock beers. It produces a beer with a abundant malt character. This is a true Lager malt, so be prepared to ferment this yeast at cooler temperatures for best flavor.
